The MCXPCI series are now replaced with the MCXUNI series, this is exactly the same board with additional +3.3VDC PCI bus support, thus MCXUNI boards are universal PCI compliant (support for both +5VDC and +3.3VDC).
Same to the WAN-HDLC/4 boards which are also +3.3VDC & +5VDC PCI bus compliant.
