ACKSYS "WLg" serial port servers firmware known bugs

Please note that several problems reported to our technical support were found as customer problems or non-bugs, thus the holes in the numbered list below.
Also, the bugs corrected in previous versions are left off this list.
Tracker# found in versions version corrected Description / Countermesures
E2124_95.0.0- When using Static turbo in 5 GHz, one can select an invalid channel. This is warned later and the change cannot be saved.
→ Minor. Change the channel to one of the allowed channels.
E2124_105.0.05.2.2 When the Admin switch is ON, the wireless settings seen on the web page are not the settings currently in use, this is misleading.
E2124_125.0.05.2.2 Basic Wireless settings wrongly lets you select multiple channels in ad-hoc mode.
E2124_145.2.0- The CLI command "set prog enable 0" (or 1) does not give an error.
→ Minor. The command has no effect.
E2124_155.2.85.4.0 The CLI command "ping ip-address" crashes after the fourth answer.
E2124_165.2.0- In virtual COM mode the "net login" parameter can be configured with the CLI but not with the WEB interface.
→ Minor, seldom used. Use the CLI. alternately you can set the net login in "raw TCP server mode" and switch back to virtual COM.
E2124_195.0.05.2.10 Frames from serial to Wi-Fi are sometimes concatenated whatever the "sendtrigger" parameter may be.
E2124_205.0.05.2.10 The reconnection from a rebooting host ("set net reconnect" in the CLI) causes the product to reboot unexpectedly.
E2124_225.0.05.2.10 The "MODEM" setting of the DCD control signal forbids data reception on the serial port in all cases.
E2124_235.8.05.10.0 The CLI interface command "set wkey" cannot set PEAP-MSCHAP login information.
E2124_265.8.0- The web interface allows configuration of SNMP traps that cannot be sent on these products (since they involve the unavailability of the Wi-Fi).
→ Do not configure "coldStart" and "linkDown" traps.
E2124_275.8.05.12.0 SNMP cannot read the Wi-Fi channel
→ upgrade to 5.12.0, or use the web interface.

→ upgrade to 5.12.0.

→ Minor. Upgrade to 5.12.0.
E2124_305.8.05.12.0 Roaming function does not always detect slowly changing AP quality
→ upgrade to 5.12.0.
E2124_315.8.05.12.0 Cannot communicate with the remote DS after associating with some CISCO access point models
→ upgrade to 5.12.0, or use the "passive client mode" in the CISCO AP.
E2124_325.8.05.12.0 In the CLI command "set wlan", in order to disable roaming, the help says to type "0" but this value is rejected
→ you must type "off" instead of "0". Both are accepted in version 5.12.0.
E2124_335.12.05.14.2 Cannot communicate by Wi-Fi on the default 802.11 mode
→ upgrade to 5.14.2.
E2124_345.12.05.14.4 In UDP multipoint mode, the source port of packets increases
→ upgrade to 5.14.4.
E2124_355.8.05.14.5 In the web interface, number of access points is limited to 8.
